How We Work With You

Discovery Call

First things first! We begin with an in-depth introduction call and a client questionnaire. Tell us all about your brand, the scope of the project, and your overall creative vision. If you have your own creative brief, feel free to share it with us as well. Give us all the deets!

It's official! Once our creative partnership has been solidified, the real fun can begin. We use Airtable to create a detailed project shot list covering the backgrounds, props, colors, styling, lighting, and inspiration for each asset. This gives you a chance to visualize the finished product and provide feedback before the shoot day.

Creative Strategy

Background & Prop Sourcing

Let's go shopping! We find the best props and materials needed to execute each image concept, based on the curated shot list that we constructed during the creative strategy meeting.

Talent Scouting

Leading lady! In need of some fresh faces for your upcoming project? No worries. From hand modeling to full-body concepts, we find the best talent to suit your creative needs.

Production

You're Camera ready! Most projects are captured over 1-3 full days. We offer optional live texting updates during the shoot so that you can weigh in on your project in real time! After the shoot, we send over a link to your raw image gallery for you to make your top selections.

Almost there! The final step in our process is editing, retouching, and resizing your images. We also plan for a round of revisions just in case you feel like your images need a little more tweaking.

Post Production

We made it to the finish line! Now it’s time to download and share your new images across all of your social platforms. Once all final edits have been approved, we send over a link to your finished downloadable gallery. Happy Sharing!
